Phoebe is the host and co-producer of The Lexicon Lounge.

Phoebe is a triple-threat, writer & producer. She has trained at the National Youth Theatre, Shakespeare’s Globe & Burnt Orange Theatre Rep Company.

Producer credits include National Theatre, Wandsworth Arts Fringe & Lambeth Fringe. She’s engaged with LGBT+ charities such as Stonewall Housing, It Gets Better UK and she is a proud Ambassador for Just Like Us.

Poppy Eliza is a South London-based writer, poet, actor, and mental health campaigner. 

As a freelance journalist and spoken word poet, she uses reflections on her lived experiences to support charities and spark conversations around mental health in a bid to raise awareness and challenge stigma. She's currently supporting Words Matter, the Raphael Rowe Foundation and  recently founded her own - PRESS(ED).

She also created and helped coordinate the first Spit Nights x CALM fundraising event. A member of ALT. Club, the National Youth Theatre and Young Pleasance, Poppy is currently developing a one-woman poetry play navigating themes of grief, identity and breaking generational trauma paths.

klāëjø mînđ. is a spoken-word & performance poet, cultural essayist & english tutor who writes on nature, love, humanity, music, sport & society. 

he has worked across various artistic mediums, but his mission remains the same - working with a level of intentionality that focuses on finding routes to clarity through lines of rhyme and rhythm, vision, and wisdom.

Their poetry navigates queerness, play, discomfort and euphoria, inviting us all to unpick societal norms and find new ways of being, together.

Sophia is a business student by day and a poetry lover by night. 

Relatively new to spoken word performance, Sophia has taken to the stage at two open mic nights so far - and we’re delighted to welcome her to The Lexicon Lounge as a featured performer.

A lifelong lover of poetry and language, Sophia describes herself as “a business student by day and a poetry lover by night - and in my heart.”

The alter ego of SARA SABRINA MASUD, CHUKRi is also an actor, director, movement director, stylist, producer and voice artist. 

Their credits span theatre, film, photography and video games, both in the UK and abroad. Most recently in the immersive cabaret ‘Chat Noir’, the video game ‘Forza Horizon 6’ and their directorial film debut, ‘IN THE VOID’, dropping soon! Ps. You’re invited ;)

Jess Marie Timlin writes alternative indie music for the romantics, the overthinkers, and anyone who’s ever built a future around a ‘maybe’.

Lizzie is an actor-musician, singer and writer whose work has been described as whimsical, unique and story-driven - think dodie if she was a musical theatre writer.

She’ll be bringing her distinctive sound and storytelling to The Lexicon Lounge ahead of performing her musical Anywhere You Go at Upstairs at The Gatehouse on 28th-29th August.

She will be singing: Moonlit Skin, Sleepless, and Love letter to Stephen Sondheim.

James is a singer-songwriter, actor and playwright based in London. 

He plays guitar, piano and mandolin. He is a graduate from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. 

Lots of his songs form stories in plays that he writes. Often he adds bits to songs for each venue. His Mantra is: These are all original songs and you are all original people.
