Emily is a London native, Ugandan creative with a love for spoken word and poetry!
Emily studied Acting and World Theatre, under scholarship at Regent’s University London and The New School for Drama in New York. Since graduating, she has worked mainly as an actor, director and theatre-maker.
Acting credits include: Essentially Black (Soho Theatre), Breathe (Seven Dials formerly Tristan Bates) and films including Aaron Bishop’s ‘Playing With Fire’ and Kiosa Sukami’s ‘Yolk’.
Directing credits: Assistant Director on One Way Out by Montel Douglas, Brixton House (2025)/ Edinburgh Fringe (2023) & Co-director on ‘Intimacies’, Libra Theatre (2025).

Amy Horsley - Sound/Lighting Technician
Amy is a lighting and sound designer and technician working across theatre and film.
She graduated from the University of Reading with a BA in Film & Theatre, where she directed a production of The Thrill of Love by Amanda Whittington, and worked as a lighting technician on productions including Shoot, Get Treasure, Repeat by Mark Ravenhill and The Tragical History of Dr. Faustus by Christopher Marlowe.
Since graduating, Amy has collaborated with Open Page Productions as a lighting and sound designer/technician on productions including Bookends (The Etcetera), Ex’s & Ohs (Barons Court Thetare), and Death Belles (The Hope Theatre and The Old Red Lion Theatre).
She also worked on Honeymoon Enchantress as part of GrimFest 2025 at The Old Red Lion Theatre.
She is currently working in film as a 1st Assistant Director on a short film in pre-production.

Annie founded The Lexicon Lounge in 2025 and has loved watching it grow from strength to strength.
As Producer, she can usually be found somewhere behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly and the night comes together as planned.
In her spare time, Annie is also a writer, working across theatre, film and prose.
