Open Page Productions is an independent theatre and film production company, Company No [TBC]. Registered address is 60 Ferndale Road, London, N15 6UQ.


We are the data controller for your personal information, and we will ensure that it is used and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and Electronic Communications Regulations (2003) and, as of 25th May 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

website; booking tickets for a show with Open Page Productions; joining our e-mailing list;

making a donation; signing up to one of our workshops; commenting/engaging with us on Social Media and Apps; contacting us (via website/email/phone); having applied for a

role/freelance opportunity; having submitted a script.


The types of personal information we process


The personal information we collect can include: your full name; postal address;  e-mail

address;  records of your correspondence with us; phone number(s); photos and videos; 

social media account names;  payment details; and any other information you may share

with us or enter into any of our platforms. We will only use any such information in

accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. On occasion, we may collect sensitive

personal data about you, for example, health information. We only collect this data where

we have your explicit consent unless we are permitted to do so in other circumstances

under data protection law. For example, we may make a record that a person has particular access requirements to ensure s/he may attend an event.

communications, news and information by email about our productions, workshop and

events, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes; to help build and

develop our audience; to ensure that content from the Site is presented in the most

effective manner for you and for your computer; to allow you to participate in interactive

features of our service, when you choose to do so; to administer, support, improve and

develop our Site; to internally monitor users’ use of the Site to enable us to analyse audience make-up, track booking patterns, review audience attendance and review other

Site behaviour.
